Bookings for the SMPTE17 Conference are now open, including significant Early Bird savings until June 16th.
With the theme “Embracing Connective Media”, the Conference offers three days of compelling sessions, presented by a wide range of international and local technology thought-leaders.
The huge variety of sessions include audio topics such as codecs for next generation audio, precision time protocol in broadcast networks, automated file-based audio processing, cinema sound system improvement, and sound considerations for Virtual and Augmented Reality production.
Several fascinating case studies will be presented, including “Delivering Drama for Extreme Screen” with Ben Allan ACS, using IP technology to bring Francis Ford Coppola’s “live cinema” project to life, and new approaches to remote sports production.
